Hi Everyone!

Well, we had a GREAT time while at the ADI Moonshine & Distilling conference! Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to meet us and say hello--we can't wait to start working with you all!

We aim to please...

I wanted to remind you all of one important factor about Black Swan Cooperage--we really do aim to please... We toast, we char, we can cut horizontal grooving to increase extraction time, and if you have any other crazy ideas we'd be happy to give them a try! We want your spirits to taste top notch and to your exact preference. Some people say that's way too many options, how can I choose what's right? Well, you tell us what notes and flavors you are seeking and we can help steer you in the right direction!

Heading to our first ever craft distillers conference: The 2010 Whiskey & Moonshine Distilling Conference put on by the ADI. We are very excited to be apart of such a great group and are looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hello Everyone!

Happy to finally be introducing Black Swan Cooperage to the world wide web!



A little bit about the company...



We are a new cooperage based out of central Minnesota. We specialize in "small" cooperage--making sizes ranging from approx. 7 gallons to 12.4 gallons. Our main priority belongs to the inside of our barrels where we toast them until we smell a wonderful vanilla aroma. We then char the barrels to a #3 to make the perfect whiskey barrel!
